Description

Hurghada to Giza is about 450 km and six hours on the road. Most people making this journey are heading for the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum, or a hotel with a view of both - and a private car puts you at the door rather than at a station.

Transfer or day tour?

This is a one-way transfer: we take you and your luggage to Giza and that is the service. If what you actually want is to see the Pyramids and return the same day, our Cairo day tour is the better and cheaper option - it includes an Egyptologist guide, lunch and the return leg. Ask us and we will point you to whichever fits.

What you get

A private air-conditioned vehicle for your group alone, up to 3 passengers with room for 5 pieces of luggage, and a driver who knows the route. The price covers the whole car, not each seat.

Good to know

  • Give us the exact Giza address. Hotels near the plateau, Al Remaya Square and the museum area are all "Giza" and all in different places.
  • Arriving in the late afternoon means hitting Cairo's evening traffic. An early start is worth it.
  • Take water and snacks for the drive.
  • Child seats on request with advance notice.
  • Message us on WhatsApp if you want to combine the transfer with a guided stop on the way.

From $130 for the vehicle, one way.
