Hurghada Airport Transfer to Your Hotel

Landing at Hurghada International after a four or five hour flight is not the moment to negotiate a taxi fare in a language you do not speak. This is a private transfer booked in advance: your driver is inside the terminal with your name on a sign, the price is agreed before you travel, and you are at your hotel reception in fifteen to twenty-five minutes depending on where you are staying.

How it works

Give us your flight number when you book. We track the flight, so a delay does not lose you the car and does not cost you anything extra. Your driver meets you after you clear customs, in the arrivals hall - not in the car park, and not outside where the crowd is.

The vehicle is a private air-conditioned car for your group alone, with room for up to 4 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage. Nobody else is picked up along the way.

Why a pre-booked transfer

The airport is about 5 km from the city and 25 km from the far end of the hotel strip. Fares quoted on arrival vary a great deal, and after a long flight with tired children very few people are in a strong bargaining position. A fixed price removes that entire conversation.
