Giza to Hurghada Transfer

Timing advice

Leave Giza early. Getting out of the greater Cairo area is the slowest part of the entire journey, and an 8am departure can reach Hurghada meaningfully sooner than a 10am one. Once you are past the ring road it is open highway most of the way.

Good to know

• Give us your exact hotel and, if it is a large one, which entrance you will be waiting at.
• Take water and something to eat. There are stops along the route but they are spaced out.
• Child seats available on request with advance notice.
• Tell us your Hurghada hotel so the driver knows which end of the city he is heading for - it is a long strip.
• Extra luggage is not a problem, but tell us in advance so we send the right vehicle.
