Questions we get every week
How far in advance should I book?
At least one day ahead so we can confirm your pickup time with the boat or driver. In high season the island days fill up sooner, so a few days is safer.
Do you collect from my hotel?
Inside Hurghada, yes, and it is included. From Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, El Ahyaa, El Gouna and Soma Bay there is a $5 per person supplement.
How do I pay?
Cash when we collect you, in most cases. There is no deposit and we do not take card details to reserve a place.
Can I change or cancel?
Tell us as early as you can. Most trips are confirmed a day ahead, so the sooner we know the easier it is to move you to another date.
Is it suitable for children?
Many trips are. Tell us their ages when you ask and we will say honestly which ones work and which do not.
I am diving. Anything I should know?
Do not fly within 24 hours of a dive, so plan diving early in your stay rather than on the last day. Bring your certification card and logbook.
